Introduction
In the first episode of A Business Proposal, we are introduced to the two main characters, p and ri ha. P is a successful businessman who seems to have it all. Ri ha is a young woman who is struggling to make ends meet. The two meet by chance when p saves ri ha from being hit by a car. P is immediately smitten by ri ha and asks her out on a date.
Ri ha is hesitant to go out with p because she doesn’t want to be just another conquest for him. However, she decides to give him a chance and goes on the date. The date does not go well and ri ha ends up slapping p across the face. Despite the less than ideal first encounter, p is determined to win over ri ha and asks her out again.

The Business Proposal
In the first episode of A Business Proposal, we are introduced to the two main characters, Park Ri Ha (played by Shin) and Han Ji Won (played by Kim). Ri Ha is a successful businessman who is always looking for new opportunities, while Ji Won is a hardworking woman who has her sights set on becoming a successful businesswoman herself. When the two meet, they quickly hit it off and decide to go on a date. However, things take a turn when Ji Won’s ex-boyfriend shows up and ruins their night. Despite this, the two continue to see each other and their relationship starts to blossom.
Throughout the episode, we are given glimpses into both Ri Ha and Ji Won’s pasts which helps us understand why they are the way they are. We also see them both grow as people as they open up to each other and learn more about each other.
The episode ends with a cliffhanger as Ri Ha and Ji Won are about to kiss, but we’ll have to wait until next week to see if they actually go through with it!

Kang Doo-Sik (Lee Dong-Woo) is a deliveryman for a food delivery company. He then begins to work as a driver for Ri Tak-Gi (Kim Sun-Ho), the CEO of IFT Supplies. Tak-Gi is Ri Jin-Hee’s (Uhm Ji-Won) older brother and he suffers from a developmental disorder. Ri Jin-Hee is 29 years old and she works as a headhunter at a executive search firm. She also moonlights as a matchmaker. Park Ha-Young (Park Ji-Young) is one of the workers at the food delivery company where Doo-Sik works part time.
The Plot

Ri Ha (Shin Se Kyung) is a 33-year-old webtoon artist. She has been working on her webtoon for the past 5 years, but it has not been going well. She is about to give up on her dream when she meets Park Do Kyung (Lee Dong Wook), a successful software developer.
Park Do Kyung seems to have it all, but he is actually struggling with a personal issue. He has been working on a dating app for the past year, but it has not been going well. He is about to give up on his dream when he meets Ri Ha.
The two of them decide to go on a date, but things do not go as planned. They end up getting drunk and sleeping together. The next morning, they wake up and find that they have swapped bodies!
